Delivery Policy

Most of our items are held in stock and will be dispatched on the day of your order once received before 12 noon, or on the next working day of your order being placed. At times, due to an overwhelming demand some items may be out of stock, if this happens with an item that you have ordered, you will be contacted by email or phone to update you on when these items will be back in stock and ready to be shipped.

Once dispatched, items delivered to UK addresses will take up to 3 working days to be delivered, however depending on the current postal service, including strikes etc, delivery can take up to 15 working days. For international orders items will take up to 21 working days to be delivered. If your item has not been delivered by this time please contact us on customerservice@desiredesignsdesiree.co.uk.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Below are estimated time scales for delivery, your parcel may arrive sooner:

*UK Mainland Delivery by  Royal Mail 1st Class takes 1 to 3 working days
* International European Delivery incl Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland and Scottish Islands by Royal Mail takes 3 to 7 working days
* International Delivery America and the Rest of the World by DHL or Parcelforce takes 10 to 21 working days

UK Mainland delivery orders:
£0 - £249.99 = £4.99
£250 and over = FREE

International Delivery to Europe including Guernesy, Ireland and Scottish Islands orders:
£0 - £249.99 = £8.50
£250 and over = £12.00

International Delivery to America and the Rest of the World orders:
£0 - £250 = £22.00
£250 and over = £30.00

Delivery charges will be added to your order during the checkout process.

For Custom Made Ballroom, Latin and Wedding dresses, the delivery cost will be confirmed by email or phone upon the completion of your item, as delivery will depend on its overall weight and value.
